Peach : Peregrine

Fruit

  • Crops in : Mid August

Description

The best English variety! In March early pink blossoms provide eye-catching displays, followed by red flushed white skinned fruits from mid August.

There is nothing better than picking a fruit and eating it fresh from the tree, enjoying the mouthwatering, sweet juicy white inner flesh.

A favourite tree for wall covering.

It's never been easier to grow your own mouth-watering peaches. Due to a warmer climate and modern breeding, we can now offer you a variety that is on a 'St Julien' rootstock. This is self fertile and will produce a highly productive tree with medium vigour, making it far easier to produce good crops of these delicious stone fruits in your gardens wherever you live in the UK.

Growing Instructions

Best planted in a warm, sunny spot. Training them against a south facing wall or fence is ideal, as these plants will be less susceptible to frost damage and will reward you with a plentiful harvest!
