Cherry 'Sunburst'Prunus avium, Sweet Cherry, Patio fruit tree
Cherry ‘Sunburst’ makes an attractive tree both in flower or when laden with fruit. A slightly earlier cropping variety than ‘Stella’, from mid July this dessert variety produces large dark red, almost black cherries of the sweetest flavour. The first Peach Leaf Curl resistant variety! This unique peach was discovered as a chance seedling in Washington State, near Seattle. Peach ‘Avalon Pride’ bears pretty pink flowers followed by large, deliciously juicy fruits from early August.
