A 1995 All America Selections Bedding Plant Award Winner. An excellent variety, with large, early blooming flowers, which are rain resistant and a delightful soft candy pink. Chiffon Morn provides attractive, low and compact mounds of flower right through the season whatever the weather. Flowers summer. Height: 23-30cm (9-12in). Growing tip: Get the best out of your petunias with our specially formulated Petunia Fertiliser - the perfect balance of nutrients to get them off to a flying start and nourish them through the summer.

Sow late winter to mid spring at 21-24C (70-75F) on the surface of a good seed compost and gently firm down. Keep damp but not wet. Do not exclude light, sealing in a polythene bag after sowing is helpful. Germination usually takes 10-21 days.

When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow on in cooler conditions. Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost, 30cm (12in) apart in a sunny spot on light well drained soil. For pot plants, transplant seedlings into 7.5cm (3in) pots; grow cool, well ventilated, give plenty of light, but shade from direct sun.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes etc are delivered at the appropriate time for planting and will be stated on the product page or in your order acknowledgement page and email.

Orders for packets of seed incur a P&P charge of £1.95.

Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products a maximum P&P charge of £6.90 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.
