Wallflower 'Tom Thumb Mixed'

Erysimum cheiri, Cheiranthus

Hardy Perennial

 Customer Rating
Very wide colour range, excellent in small spaces, tubs, window boxes. Slightly later flowering. Versatile and undemanding, this short lived perennial tends to be grown as a biennial, and is tough enough to cope in even the poorest of soils.

Culinary note: The tender young shoots can be cooked and eaten as a vegetable. For more details about edible flowers click here.

Reviews
  1. Excellent Germination

    By Peter Humphrey 13-06-2012

These were sown at the beginning of May and150 seeds germinated. They have now been transplanted into 3" pots.At this time they are 3"-4" tall and good sturdy plants. I am trying these dwarf wallflowers to see if the plants keep their shape better than their taller counterparts, which I normally grow and have had great success with flowering but have proven to be too tall amongst the bulbs. I will update next year
