In this range you'll find an impressive selection of perennial plants and biennial plants, which are perfect for beginners and experienced gardeners alike. Also known as herbaceous plants, perennial plants live for 2 or more years and flower every year. Biennial plants live for up to 2 years, flowering profusely in their second year before setting seed and dying. Both are great for beds and spring displays and there are many delightful plants to choose from. Use the selections in the left menu to select the right plants for your garden.

Daylily ‘Blueberry Cream’ is a real eye-catcher producing its trumpet shaped blooms above dense clumps of strappy semi-evergreen foliage. These colourful daylily flowers, each lasting only a day, are produced so freely that you will be able to spare a few stems for a short-lived flower arrangement indoors. Despite its exotic looks, this superb perennial is hardy and robust, making a delightful addition to your borders and containers that will return each year. Height: 70cm (28”). Spread: 60cm (24”).

Ragged Robin

Lychnis flos-cuculi, Wildflower

An attractive wildflower with bright pink star-shaped blooms, each petal deeply notched to create a raggedy appearance. The striking flowers of this hardy perennial appear in late spring and early summer and are loved by butterflies and other beneficial insects. Originating from damp areas, ragged robin will thrive in difficult clay soils, boggy areas or planted around the edges of ponds. Height: 70cm (28"). Spread: 40cm (16").
