Description
Specially bred for a compact dwarf habit and terrific bright colour! Red Hot Poker 'Mango Popsicle' is a fabulous evergreen perennial that will certainly make its presence felt in herbaceous borders. Vibrant orange flower spikes rise above attractive grassy foliage from June right through to October. Like all Kniphofia, it is resilient and surprisingly drought tolerant, needing virtually no maintenance. Height: 35cm (14"). Spread: 40cm (16").

How to Grow
Plant red hot poker plants in a sunny or semi-shaded position, in any rich, fertile, well drained soil.
More Info
Water regularly until fully established. Cut back faded red hot poker flower heads in autumn. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of torch lilies in spring every to maintain their vigour.
