Pot up pelargonium plants and grow them on in warm frost-free conditions. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise geraniums to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days before transplanting them into their final positions in containers, beds and borders. Plant geraniums in a sunny or semi-shaded position, in any light, non-acidic, well drained soil. Pinch out the growing tip of each stem to encourage branching and form a bushier plant which will produce more flowers later on.
Feed and water geranium plants regularly, particularly during hot, dry periods. Regular deadheading of geranium flowers will encourage further blooms to be produced throughout the summer.

I bought 36 of these as plug plants in Spring and planted them in pots as soon as they arrived. They grew very well and were planted out at the beginning of May. Now they look absolutely stunning in my front border and the colours are especially vibrant in the evening when I go out to water them. I will definitely have some more next year!
Thank you very much for your review. I am glad that you have been happy with your purchase. I hope we can continue to be of service to you in the future.
Great foliage but flowers disappointing
By M Harrison 16-08-2014
It was all looking good. The plug plants grew into strong looking plants. However the flowers have been disappointing with the individual petals dying off quickly so the flower heads never filled out and gave much of a show. Which to choose next year for a more reliable splash of colour expected of geraniums?
