Dianthus 'Circus Clowns'

Carnation, Pink

The cheery red and white blooms of this border carnation bring a bit of fun and frivolity to the garden whether you set them in large containers or plant them out in open ground. The marbled flowerheads exude a sweet perfume that you'll struggle to sniff out at your local florists, who choose their blooms by colour. Indeed you'll never have to visit a florist again for this cut flower favourite! Our carnation plants are perfect for home cut-flower production, you'll be filling a fresh vase at least once a week from July to September. Grow Carnation 'Circus Clown' in pots in the greenhouse for out of season blooms through winter too. Height: 40cm (16"). Spread: 20cm (8").

Culinary note: Some parts of these flowers are edible. For more details about edible flowers click here.
