Begonia plants can be planted directly into their final containers and grown in bright, frost-free conditions. Plugs can be planted straight into flower pouches but are best potted on first if to be displayed in baskets, window boxes or pots. They can be transplanted into their final containers once they have increased in size. When all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise Begonia Apricot Shades to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days, before placing them in their final positions. Choose a sunny or semi shaded position that is protected from strong winds.
Feed and water plants frequently throughout the growing season taking care not to over-water, as this will cause new flower buds to drop. Deadhead the single female begonia flowers to encourage more of the large double male flowers to be produced and to extend the flowering period.

Hoping for a majestic sunrise before the end of summer!
By Nick Brown 16-08-2014
Ordered ten of these in May. Plants arrived fit and healthy, albeit it rather small. They established themselves quickly and have grown a lot. However, I am disappointed with flowering! it is now mid August and I have only seen one flower so far! I planted these out hoping for a display all summer, so have to say I'm disappointed with the results. Will dig them up before the frosts and hope for better luck next year!

Hoping to eventually see some flowers
By Vanessa Henry 20-07-2014
I had to chase the delivery of these plants several times as initially was supposed to be end of March but I did not receive them until end of April. When they did arrive the plugs were very small meaning I had to wait for them to grow before i could plant them up with other plants (which were all growing well and ready to go out well before these were).
The plants have grown and have put on plenty of foliage, however, we are now mid July and I have yet to see signs of any flower buds forming, As a result my pots are not filling out in the way I'd hoped. Disappointing and feel even worse as I'd planted some in pots to give to my mum as a present but again same result with hers.
Will not waste my money buying these again.
