With easy to harvest fruits due to Rubus 'Thornless Evergreen' being a thornless variety, this hardy, blackberry bush will produce high yields of large berries every August. White flowers appear on the shrub in summer, speckling the evergreen foliage with a promise of the crop to come, as the fruits develop they will change from green to red until they are a plump, glossy black, the indication to you that they are ready to pick! Grow Rubus plants in any moist but well drained garden soil, in full sun or partial shade.
Water and feed well until established, do not allowed to become waterlogged.
