Often used for informal hedging, Cotoneaster franchetii is a semi evergreen variety which is usually seen in early winter covered in bright red berries. Much loved by wildlife, this shrub also has clusters of small white flowers in early summer which help provide interest during different seasons. Height: 300cm (118”). Spread 300cm (118”).

Grow Cotoneaster in any well drained soil in sun or semi shade. Cotoneaster is tough and resilient, even tolerating poor soils and dry conditions once established.
Feed and water regularly after planting. Once established, Cotoneaster requires virtually no maintenance.
Due to local government restrictions, we are no longer able to supply this variety to the Channel Islands.
