The golden foliage of Thuja occidentalis 'Mirjam' takes on shades of burnt-orange, bronze and green during the winter months when there is little colour elsewhere in the garden. Euonymus japonicus (Large Plant)
Evergreen Spindle, Japanese Spindle TreeThis hardy evergreen shrub has a variety of uses in the garden; allowed to grow, Euonymus japonicas can be included in a hedge or screen, if kept clipped it can also be used as part of a formal border or bed as it will retain its shape with regular pruning.
