The Facebook Guess the Plant Competition will be running from 09.00am (GMT) on Saturday 23rd February 2013 until 11:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 24th February 2013. All the entries received via the Thompson & Morgan (T&M;) Facebook page before the closing time detailed above will be included in the prize draw. One winner will be drawn at random by the eCommerce Manager under the independent supervision of a Director and will receive one £5 T&M; evoucher.

There will be no cash alternative available. Thompson & Morgan UK accepts no responsibility/liability for any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur on collecting, processing and transmission of data. In the event that data entered for the draw becomes corrupted, this data will be excluded from the prize draw. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

The winner will be notified by 5:00pm (GMT) on Monday 25th February 2013 on the T&M; Facebook wall and the winning prize will be emailed directly to the winner. Once notified the winner must contact the T&M; Facebook page administrator by email with their full name and address details to claim their prizes by 11.59pm (GMT) on Friday 1st March 2013.

The name and county of the prize winner and runners up will be available following receipt of an appropriately worded letter addressed and sent to Web Team, Thompson & Morgan UK, Poplar lane, Ipswich, Suffolk IP8 3BU, enclosing a stamp addressed envelope. Thompson & Morgan UK reserve the right not to respond to such requests if received more than ninety (90) days after the winner is chosen. The winner prize will be emailed over upon receipt of a valid email address by 5pm on Monday 4th March 2013.
