An unusual Fritillary producing nodding, bell-shaped yellow flowers, lightly chequered with maroon, above grey-green strap-shaped leaves. Coming into flower in mid to late spring, Fritillaria 'Golden Flag' makes a cheerful, dainty addition to the front of free-draining borders, patio containers or grown in alpine troughs.
